9/8/2023 - Water temperature this morning was 66F. Water temperature at 10:45PM was 62-66F.

9/6/2023 - Online registration closed at 9pm today, but you can still sign up on-site! Registration opens Friday at 4pm.

9/3/2023 - Athlete Update #2 has been sent out. See it here. IMPORTANT: We have just received word that the Army Corp will be releasing water from Green Peter and the water temperature is expected to drop drastically over the next several days. They are anticipating mid to high 50's for the water temp. Please come prepared for cold water. We have wetsuit rentals available. Wetsuits will be required if the water temperature drops below 58 degrees F.

Youth rates for all kids under 18, automatically applied during registration.

From back country roads, to dense forests along the lake and river, our courses are full of great views.

We welcome athletes of all abilities! We have ramps for access over curbs, and have alternate run course and finish line access that are ADA friendly. Join our challenged athletes division!
