How to put on a wetsuit, staying calm for your swim, spotting drills and technique. We offer this clinic on Friday afternoon of race weekend so you can get some last minute tips, tricks and practice before your big day!

New to Tri? We've got you! Saturday evening, we will go over how to set up your transition, how the flow works, things to think about and remember during your race.
Athlete Briefing / Course Overview
At the athlete briefing, we will go over important information about the course and logistics of race day. We do a more extensive briefing the night before the race and a quick briefing in the morning before you start. If you find yourself with questions, please try to attend an athlete briefing the night before you race.
Q&A with a Race Director
Have questions? As always, we are here to help! We have set aside time to chat with you about any and all things triathlon, or whatever else for that matter. This is a open, freely flowing question session where one question usually leads to another. We can chat about the course, strategy, tips for transition, nutrition...whatever you like! We are experienced athletes and love to share all that we have learned over the hundreds of races we have done.
Yoga with Lori
Lori has been hooked on yoga since 2000 and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2006! She is a triathlete and has a special interest in yoga for athletes. At Tri Fest, Lori will be leading an accessible, 45-minute class that focuses on pre-race preparation. Bring your mat, Tri-yogis!
