​The transition area and race headquarters are located on the north shore of Foster Reservoir at Lewis Creek County Park.

If you need to leave before the park exit opens, please park at Sunnyside. 

​Parking is $7 per day.

Please bring $7 cash, exact change is appreciated. This will keep lines short on race morning. Volunteers will receive free camping on their volunteer day if signed up to volunteer in advance.

A free shuttle will be provided for all racers, spectators and community members from Sunnyside Park to Lewis Creek Park. There is ample parking at Sunnyside Park for those who are arriving later after Lewis Creek parking has filled or the road closure has begun, so please feel free to park there and ride the shuttle to and from the race.

The shuttle is a Linn county bus. We will also be running a cargo/box truck with a bike rack in it following the shuttle bus to transport bikes and other large gear to and from the race. It’s only 1 mile, so you could ride your bike to the race start.

Lewis Creek Park entrance will be closed to all vehicles when bike race traffic is present. This is for racer safety.

SATURDAY 
Closed from 7:30am to 12pm with limited access from 12pm-4pm

SUNDAY
Closed from 8:00am to 10:30am with limited access from 10:30am-12pm

If you would like to park at Lewis Creek, please be there before the main gates close and plan to stay until we re-open the park entrance.

​If you need to leave before the park entrance re-opens on Saturday or Sunday, please plan for long waits to get access through the bike traffic.

With road closures, it can take the shuttle up to 30 minutes to get from Sunnyside to Lewis Creek. Please plan accordingly.

NORTH RIVER DRIVE
Saturday 7:30am-4pm
Sunday 8:00am-2pm

For racer safety, North River Drive will be closed to vehicles. Local traffic will be allowed to enter during the road closure but should expect delays. Residents of N. River Dr, Sunnyside Rd and Marks Ridge will receive a local access pass your vehicle when you first encounter the road closure. Putting this in your dash will help our volunteers know that you live here and need to get through. ​ 

When the park entrance opens each day, traffic will only be allowed in one direction - westbound. If you must leave during the road closure after we open the park entrance, you must exit via Dam Road (West) even if you are going to Sunnyside. Please be considerate of athletes an drive cautious and slow during these times. Also, roll down your windows and cheer!

QUARTZVILLE ROAD
Sunday 8am-11:30am - 1 lane closed just after Calkins Boat Launch to North River Drive.

For racer safety, Quartzville Road will have the southbound lane closed. A pilot car will lead vehicles along the closure. Please plan for up to 20-minute delays.

If you would like to access Lewis Creek Park during the road closure, please use our FREE shuttle from Sunnyside Park.

​We would love for you to join us for BBQ and beverages on the house. We also want to make getting to and from your home as easy as possible during the road closures.
