Camping reservations usually sell out a few weeks out from the race. Be sure to put in your reservation early, or sign up to volunteer to get free guaranteed camping! Most parks do have first come first served sites available, but these are limited. You’ll want to get there early on Friday to have the best shot at getting a non-reservable site.
Free Camping On Site at Lewis Creek Park for Volunteers
All volunteers get to stay for free at Lewis Creek Park just steps away from all the action. If you volunteer the day you are not racing or if a friend or family member volunteers for you, you can all stay on site and be that much closer to all the fun. Lewis Creek Park is typically a day use only facility but the Linn County Parks Dept. has granted us use for the weekend. We bring in showers for the event. If you wish to camp at Lewis Creek, you must register as a volunteer and select the camping option on your registration.
Please note, ONLY volunteers are allowed to camp at Lewis Creek Park. If you are bringing the whole family, each person must volunteer.

RV Dump: The Sweet Home RV Dump, located at 1470 24th Ave., Sweet Home, OR, is now open! The facility offers four lanes for RV dumping as well as a water filling station. Dump fees and the water filling station are both payable by card. The Sweet Home RV Dump is open to all, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Pricing available on their website.

LEBANON
Best Western Premier - Boulder Falls Inn
Located just 20 minutes from the race site, this beautiful hotel has just the accommodations you are looking for if you are looking for a really nice place to stay. Limited rooms are available. http://www.boulderfallsinn.com/ The Boulder Falls Inn usually sells out at least 1 month before the race, if not more. It is the most popular lodging option for our event.
ALBANY
When Sweet Home Motels and Lebanon Hotels/Motels sell out, the next closest place to stay is in Albany. There are several hotels in the Albany area, we suggest those on the East side of I-5 for an easier drive to the race. If there is an Oregon State home football game on race weekend, getting hotels can be even more difficult. Save yourself the hassle and reserve early, or volunteer with us and camp on site for free!

If you are flying in, our recommendation would be the Eugene Airport as there is substantially less traffic than PDX and it is much closer.
